Suburban clients quickly realize that the level of customer care that we provide is unparalleled in the industry. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of excellence and are constantly exceeding our client’s expectations. 

Our proprietary Service Portal allows our clients to create service and warranty tickets with ease. Once a ticket is created it is automatically assigned to the relevant Suburban team member, supplier or subcontractor so that immediate action can be taken. Clients can track their tickets and communicate directly with the party assigned to resolve their issue.  Additionally, pictures can be uploaded, and appointments can be easily set to ensure a fast and efficient resolution.

Emergency Matters

​Problems may arise that are considered “emergencies” and may require immediate assistance.

Please call our Emergency Support Line (519-735-1800 Ext.: 2) if you experience any of the following problems:

  • Complete loss of heat during winter
  • Complete loss of electricity
  • Complete loss of water
  • Sewer blockage
  • Water penetration or leaks
