Our story began in 1957 with the founding of Suburban Builders by Tarcisio Brotto. Built on the principles of hard work, integrity, and quality craftsmanship, the company established a foundation that continues to guide our business today.
Over the decades, that foundation has evolved into Brotto Development Corporation and Suburban Construction & Management Ltd., combining generations of construction knowledge with a modern approach to real estate development.
While our projects, building techniques, and industry have evolved, our commitment to quality construction, personal accountability, and long-term relationships remains unchanged.
Today, we continue to build upon that legacy through thoughtfully designed residential communities and commercial properties across Southwestern Ontario.

Suburban Construction & Management Ltd. serves as our construction and service company, responsible for executing our new construction projects and coordinating ongoing warranty, maintenance, and service requirements for our residential and commercial properties.
By bringing development, construction, and customer care together, we maintain greater control over project execution, communication, construction quality, and the overall client experience.
